什么时候用NOT什么时候用DON'T(DIDN'T)?

but they don't realize one important thing... don't是否定动词的，而not后直接加动词，实际上中间省略了to，也就是说not to do是否定不定式的。
例如：He don’t like reading.
He promised not to do it again.
I am not really interested in fishing.......中be interest in 是固定短语，意思为：对...感兴趣。是固定用法，因此不能说成I don't...........
注：学英语一定要分析词句，并不是意思对了就可以了，还有很多差异的，一定要详加区分。
