数字中表达中，and都是放在那？没找到规律啊，我只知道百和十之间必须有and，但是其他地方也有加and的，这是什么？有啥规律不？
eg.① one billion and fifty million
②three million,one hundred and twenty-three thousand and four hundred中的第二个and

你就记住凡是百和十之间就有“and”,或百与个位之间也有"and"。
