From today on, I, Molly, would become a formal saleslady in the clothes shop. Based on my observation and research of my customers during my probationary period of three months, customers can be roughly classified into three groups; and for each group, we salespersons must use a corresponding set of devices.

(10:45 am) Roy entered the shop, walked to the counter, and directly asked for a shirt to match with his suit. As the suit is yellow, Roy has formed in his mind that it should be a pink one with streaks upon it. I just helped him to select out the right size and right material.
