你这个autochk应用程序事件日志~不用担心
当Autochk在启动时运行检查某个卷时，它会输出记录到一个称为Bootex.log的文件中，该文件放在被检查卷的根目录下。随后，Winlogon服务将每个Bootex.log文件的内容移到“应用程序事件日志”中。
上边是不是看不太懂？跟你解释下吧 就是你运行硬盘磁盘扫描工具的时候提示文件正在使用，如果你点启动是扫描的话 就会加载autochk在开机的时候扫描硬盘。就是开机时背景是蓝色的那个程序，扫描完成后，会在扫描的分区下生成一个扫描报告，你这个BOOTEX.log就是了(你是不是没开扩展名显示这个文件虽然是用记事本打开的 但它的扩展名应该是.log~)
