英语商业日程安排表

有没有高手能够写一个英语的关于去机场接人然后接待的日程时间安排表
就是某某外国人要从一个英国或者美国来中国我要先联系他然后知道他是哪个机场哪个航班有几个人要到中国来然后要帮他们安排宾馆然后还要安排他们去公司与老板见面然后再安排他们在上海玩1天然后再送他们回去
至少要包括上面的一些东西其他的可以适当帮忙加一点
字数不要太多
不是我要的是具体的计划就是第一天星期几几点干嘛这种的

the first day:
Asking Mr.John about the information of his flight,such as the arrival airport,the landing time,and how many people are coming.Then send two people to the airport to pick them up,and take them to *** Hetel

the second day:
Having breakfast with them and then take them to meet our boss.Our boss will invite them to lunch at *** Restaraunt.
the third day:
After breakfast,show them around Shanghai city.Then see them off at the airport.
