Could you please 后面能不能加 don't？
比如Could you please don't follow me ?

因为could是情态动词。我们知道，情态动词的否定形式是不加助动词的。

应该是Could you please not follow me?吧，请你别跟着我好吗？
Could you please not spoil the atmosphere?别毁了气氛好吗？
