我们公司的印度合作公司有人需要到中国来考察业务，需要我们公司提供邀请函，不知道该怎么写呢？

邀请函主要是为商务签证用的，其实没有什么大作用．很简单，就是如下格式：

为了加强贵我双方的合作，我公司特邀请您及XXX人一同来我公司考察访问．

邀请函可以是中文，当然最好是英文．

我司经常邀请印度客户来华，所以经常会出具邀请函帮助他们办签证。

邀请函是他们办签证的时候提供给中国驻印度使领馆的，尽管如此，我司每次出具的邀请函均为英文版。
