Background:
The ki-67 antibody was generated against a hodgkin’s disease cell line and was found to identify a nuclear protein expressed in proliferating cells during the G1,S,G2,and mitosis phase,but is absent in the G0(quiescent)phase.The antigen recognized by ki-67 is a 345-395kD non-histone protein complex which is highly vulnerable to provides a precise and rapid determination of the growth fraction of a given human cell population,regardless of whether it is normal or neoplastic.

ki-67抗体的产生与霍奇金淋巴瘤细胞来识别和被发现的蛋白质表达了核武器扩散细胞在G1,S,G2和有丝分裂阶段,但缺乏G0(静态)相位差ki-67抗原认可是345 - 395kD蛋白复合体non-histone非常容易提供准确、快速成长的一部分给人类细胞增殖,不管它是正常还是肿瘤。
