想必您肯定是Mysql Command Line Client 进行操作的了。他只是mysql自带的客户端，不能进行mysql服务的启动和关闭操作。解决办法，系统Ms-dos下操作就行了。
1.菜单=》运行=》cmd 回车
2.net start mysql 就可以了。
