I am the customer who bought a NOKIA mobile at your company on September 24th.I'm writing to complain about it.Some days after I began to use it,the mobile couldn't be used for sending messages.What's more,not long later a more serious trouble occured,it couldn't be used to make a phone call.I was confused when it couldn't work at all.I don't know what's wrong with it,and have to tell you about that.Now I would like to give the mobile back to you and get back the money,or change it for another new one.Looking forward to your reply.
