关于UBUNTU的问题，知道的回答

我安装的是UBUNTU9.04，用 的是WUBI安装，装好之后发现系统是英文的，没有中文，并且开机提示语言包不完整，下载的时候速度奇慢，高手指点下怎么解决这个问题。(菜鸟，什么都不知道)

更改下源，看样子你是新手。和我当年一样，什么都认不得呵呵
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
