技嘉965 DQ6是否完美支持45纳米CPU

本人在网上买了块 965 DQ6的主板
想上45纳米5300处理器，得知要刷新BOIS后才支持
但是否完美的发挥E5300的性能呢？二者之间是否存在兼容问题
大家都知道用965DQ6基本都是为了超频，不知道965的主板在兼容45纳米的
处理器是否有问题。不知道哪位高手给点意见，最好有测试过的

可以支持45纳米5300处理器
