这个 具体应该怎么做呢。。比如用什么软件 怎么弄来着 我用的是ghost的系统 会有影响吗？

清空系统缓存，删除脱机文件，删除垃圾问题，换一个net framework 3.5框架安装包，迅雷可下载，亦可进官网下载
微软官方下载地址：

用360清除垃圾文件，如果还有问题，下载官方的框架安装包

有个前提，你之前是否安装了2.0或者3.0版本，没有卸载干净？可下载dotnetfx_cleanup_tool这个工具检测，如果无法把旧版本卸载干净，就重新安装原旧版本，不需卸载（也可利用工具卸载），然后直接安装3.5
