意思是差不多的，但是你要说具体在句子里的位置就不大一样了。

for example后面通常跟的是句子
如：For example, she is a wonderful girl.

但是such as 后面通常跟的是单词或短语
如：There are lots of wonders in China,such as the Great Wall.
