无法用语言表达(表感谢)如何用英语说？

我无法辨别这两句话
I am out of words和 running out of words，我只知道存在有一种表无语(贬低意思)和无法用语言表达(表感谢)的话，可能是其他的。
请高手指导。

应该是running out of words

out of words 表示几乎说不出话来 和“无法用语言表达”还是有一点语意上的不同

I run out of words ：我欲语无言

如果要表达“无法用语言表达”的意思的话，还是直译比较好一些：

1. 我无法用语言来描述我当时的感受。
I do not describe my thought of that time in tongue.

2. 我无法用语言来描述我当时的感受。
I cannot express my feeling at that time by words .

The feeling can't be described by words.
