摘 要

民营企业已经发展为世界上规模最大和发展势头最强劲的企业,民营经济已经成为中国市场经济的重要基石和活力源泉。企业发展之快,企业带动力之强,使许多国家和地区都把其企业改制,作为经济发展的重点企业和先导企业。民营企业的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争,人力资源管理与开发工作已经成为影响民营企业生存和发展的关键因素。目前,我国民营企业人力资源管理工作正处在转型阶段,面临着许多的机遇和挑战。
本文在理论上阐述了人力资源管理的涵义,及其发展和作用。并以北京南北纵横轨道交通科技开发有限责任公司为例,通过对公司的人力资源现状进行研究、调查和分析,找出该公司在企业人力资源战略制定、人力资源规划和如何留住企业的优秀员工等诸多管理方面的弊端,分析其产生的原因。文章的最后提出北京南北纵横公司必须按照现代人力资源管理理论和方法,重新规划和实施人力资源管理工作,即提升人力资源管理部门的战略地位;聘请人力资源管理专家;完善人员招聘工作;健全公司培训体系;建立科学的激励机制,调动员工的积极性。
