UC知道关于MSE安装问题--紧急！！！

我的电脑XP系统，安装了MSE中文试用版for xp，通过了正版验证，能正常使用。
后来MSE升级后出现
“an error has occurred in the program. try to open it again. if this problem continues, you'll need to reinstall microsoft security essentials from the microsoft download center.
error code:0x80070715” MSE程序也启动不了了。
我用360彻底删除后重新安装，却安装不了，提示“错误代码0x80070643”.按一些网友提示，重新安装MSE英文正式版，也出现同样的错误代码提示。
请教高手，这个问题应如何解决？！

对于123.139.106提出的方法，已不可用。因为在我用360彻底删除时，C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Essentials这个文件夹已经被删了。
对于abner82提出的方法，我进控制面板中的“添加或删除程序”反复检查了，我电脑没有安装过Windows Live OneCare这个软件哦。
还请各位再帮想下有否办法解决问题。

1.下载完成后，运行msicuu2.exe来完成安装。

2.安装完成后，点击开始-〉所有程序-〉运行安装完成后的Windows Installer 清理实用工具，选中所有Microsoft Antimalware和Microsoft Security Essentials相关项目后，点击下方的”Remove”按钮来移除此程序，并确定 退出。
3.重新安装即可。
杀毒软件不能用360的强力卸载，是卸载不干净的。
你以为360就能干掉杀毒软件？请用1楼的方法。
另外，如果无法安装，也可能是中毒了。
