货币资金是企业资产的重要组成部分，是企业流动性最强、控制风险最高的资产，也是唯一能够转换为其他任何类型资产的资产，它是企业生存和发展的基础，大多数的贪污、诈骗、挪用公款等违法乱纪的行为都与货币资金有关。因此，必须加强对企业货币资金的管理与控制，建立健全货币资金内部控制制度，确保经营管理活动合法而有效。

Abstract
Cash and cash equivalents play important roles in an enterprise's assets. They have the strongest liquidity and the highest control risk and there is no other asset which can be turned into any other type of assets. Cash and cash equivalents are basic for the survival and the development of an enterprise. Most embezzlements, frauds and defalcations arise from cash. Therefore, it is necessery for the enterprise to strenthen the management and control of fund, to establish and improve the system of internal control of cash and to ensure the operation and management activities leagal and efficient.
