这2种用法大体是一样的,
要说不同的话,比如当前面既有肯定又有否定或两个谓语时用so it is/was with sb(也可以用so it is the same with sb)
He likes apples and he doesn't go to school by bus.So it is with her.

而当对话中既有系动词又有实意动词的时候就只能用后者 如：He loves English and he is good at it. 这句话中既有loves又有is,所以就只能说It is the same with me 用it代替上面所有的内容
