windows7 右键菜单如何添加新建word

我的window7 右键的新建菜单没有新建Word这一项~~~如何添加？
我已经安装了office 组件~~右键有Access~~~但是没有Word 真的没有人知道怎么办?我在论坛里听人说可以注册表解决~~高手帮帮我~~
