为啥不能用AS?

1. 这里的意思应该是“虽然”，句子才通。所以选Although。

2. AS意思有 当...时候；因为...；还有 虽然....
但是当表示“虽然”时，句子应该倒装：
As old he is, he is strong.
= Although he is old, he is strong.

选D,明显的是说尽管老工人的专业知识不够，但是却有着丰富的经验。选as意思不对啊 ，所以不选啊。
