我是一个性格开朗的年轻人，为人诚恳，待人热情，尊敬师长，与同学关系融洽；思想上，我积极要求上进，刚进大学不久，我便向组织递交了入党申请书，并且于2009年1月14日成为中国共产党正式党员。
对待学习，我态度端正，认真学习本专业的知识，成绩优秀，多次获得校奖学金和“三好学生”、“优秀学生干部”荣誉称号；国家英语四、六级考试以及省计算机一、二级考试均顺利通过，此外，我还通过了国家计算机二、三级考试。
我深知，大学的生活丰富多彩，是锻炼自己各方面能力的绝佳舞台，所以，在进大学后，我便加入了院学生会的体育部。在学生会工作期间，我认真负责，一丝不苟，积极配合学生会各项工作，并在大二学年成为体育部部长。两年半的学生会工作经历，锻炼了我的组织协调能力，培养了强烈的集体荣誉感。
我的爱好也十分广泛，看书、运动、听音乐。我尤其喜欢乒乓球这项运动，并曾于大一学年获得校新生杯乒乓球赛第二名。
五年的大学本科学习即将，我的心中充满了无限的留恋与不舍。大四下半学年的临床实习让我学到了很多临床知识和基本操作技能，更让我看到医生这个职业的崇高与担负的责任。
“好学力行，造就良医”——这一安徽医科大学的校训，已经成为我努力奋斗的座右铭。我相信自己有资格免试攻读硕士学位，并在将来为安医乃至祖国的医学事业贡献自己的力量。
