the one who i like best 是错误的表达
比个例子，你可以说 i like her well/good 么？best 是well/good的最高级。所以不能这么说。
the one who i like the most 是正确的

正确的应该是the one who I like most,形容喜欢的程度，要用副词much，它的最高级是most. best 的原形是good,或者well

best一般用于感情，like love 后面
the most 则表示的最多的，最广泛的东西
