1、He was absent on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
句中 was + absent 作谓语？ on Monday....做状语修饰absent?
其实最主要想不通的是 一般看到 be 动词我就想起 主系表结构，然后又看到一个动词，我就感到很难过想砍掉那个be动词。
其实这句话为什么不能说 He absented on Monday....这样呢？
2、There is a car race near our town every year.
near our town every year 做定语修饰car race ？
3、There were hundreds of people there.
最后的there 是做句子的什么成分？
4、You can see us in the crowd.
in the crowd 我觉得像是做定语修饰us 而不是地点状语修饰see
5、He was in car number fifteen.
我觉得 in car 是表语，number fifteen 做定语修饰car？
6、Five other cars were just behind him.
怎么分析 just behind him.我觉得他们是做表语的，但是这几个词的词性太分散了，既有adv. prep、pron.搞不懂哪部分是做表语。
7、He telephoned me four times yesterday, and three times the day before yesterday.
four times、three times 在句中做什么成分？ 难道是名词做定语修饰时间状语的？

2 是做状语（一般是地点 时间）
3 there 是那里的意思 也是状语
4 还是状语 强调在人群里 所以是状语 强调地点的
5 car number 是车号的意思 意思是他在车号15的车里
6 behind him 是做表语 just是副词
7 也是状语
