more than
这两个都是“超过”的意思。。。可以互换，
over 2 o'clock =more than 2 o'clock

It has been over 2 o'clock now

It's already over 2o'clock

It is over 2 o'clock now.

最好不要用“has/have been”，因为是指“现在”时间
