li→ぃ
lu→ぅ
le→ぇ

以此类推

就可以了

x+tu..
打小号字的时候前面加个x就好。。
另外打促音的话双写后面一个音的首字母。。
比如kitto

Historically, it have been x+a in major typing method(输入法) for Japanese letters in computers (not only PC), but from 20 years or so, l+a was supported by the best-selling two or three typing methods.
