我觉得是IN 啊

在具体或者不具体的某一天的某一时间应该用on,从初中生的水平来说这里应该用on.
如果答案用in的话，有两种解释，1，in the night指的是在夜间某一时间点，at night指在夜里，晚上（整段时间），出题者想要强调露西出生在某一时间点，所以这样用 2，就是答案是错误的
