菜鸟请问linux下有个asscoc.gen.tar.tar文件，怎么安装？

本人是菜鸟中的菜鸟，希望高手能说具体点，有加分，先谢了！

1:) using command "file asscoc.gen.tar.tar" to see more info about this file.
2:) if this is a tar file only, using
tar xf asscoc.gen.tar.tar to untar it.
if this is a tar.gz file, using
tar xzf asscoc.gen.tar.tar to unzip it.
3:) after untar it, you can get more info, pls following guildline or REAME file to do something more.
