UC知道求助，安装oracle 10g时出现的问题！

在XP系统上安装oracle 10g ，安装到Oracle database configuration assistant 时，跳出错误。
卸了重装到这儿还是出错。
装到oracle database configuration assistant
提示fatal exception occurred,program will exit;：
请各位高手给个解决方案，先谢谢了！！！

应该是没有卸载干净的问题，Oracle卸载时一个很大的问题，建议你去网上搜一下Oracle的卸载方法，卸载干净的话，应该就不会有问题的
重装，前面装的oracle没有卸载干净
把注册表中的oracle相关内容也都删掉
