有问题。not only和but also链接的结构应当相同，但在这个句子中前面not only链接的部分有倒装的主语success，后面则没有。如果说两者的主语一致而导致后面省略主语的话，前面完全没有必要倒装。

你的第一个分句中没有主语！！！
success应该改为successfully，副词修饰动词。
