提要：我国在建国之初就建立了计划经济体制下的项目比较齐全的社会保障制度，并在改革开放后逐步得到完善。目前随着社会主义市场经济体制的深化，我国的社会保障制度正逐步走向正规化、法制化，但在这一进程中仍存在很多急需解决的问题。本文对社会保障制度的发展存在的问题，改革和完善我国社会保障制度的建议等方面进行了综述，最后总结出今后我国社会保障制度的发展方向。

At present ，with the deepening of the socialist market economic system, Chinese social security system is gradually moving towards regularization and legalization, but in this process, there are still a lot of pressing problems
