区别不大，说的时候优先想到哪个就说哪个了 个人感觉it is the pleasure正式一些 it is my pleasure熟人之间说的比较多点

with pleasure 意思是 “乐意”，“愿意”。 强调的是发生过的事情。 eg. Thanks for your help!
