迷你转渍机的工作原理

Miniblotter 迷你转渍槽是由 Immunetics 公司所开发设计的特殊转渍装置，利用此迷你转渍槽可在同一张转渍膜上进行多种不同抗体或探针的筛选，常见应用包含 Monoclonal antibody screening on western blots、Animal/human serum screening、DNA probe hybridization 等…。搭配适当的真空抽气装置使用，可同时进行样品的清洗及呈色反应。
具有 20~46 个样品槽，可在同一张转渍膜上同时进行多种不同抗体或探针的筛选。
试剂需求量少，有效检少抗体、探针用量。
