Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

在开始——运行中输入regedit，展开HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fusion，在右边栏中找到名为EnableLog的键，如果没有，就新建个DWORD类型的，名称为EnableLog的键，把它的键值设置为：1
如果关掉Assembly binding logging这个功能，把键值修改为：0
修改完，注销再登录或者重启后生效。
