2.send 过去式
是sent
3.最后的问候语简单点就好

1、I sended an e-mail last month about my language skill that you asked me.
这句改为现在完成时吧，因为这件事对现在还有影响捏……

2、I am not very sure that if you received it or NOT?
不必用过去时，用一般现在时或完成时都可以。

3、I wanna ask:典型的中国思维，改为 i want to know that ……就可以了。
