Mike Rowe must first crawl over the side of a building and seat himself in a bosun's chair 400 feet above the ground.就是这句啦，不太懂这里为什么要用over the side和a dosun's chair后面为什么不用介词就直接连接400 feet above the ground.

over the side 这里over有远距离的意思 像over there, 因为大楼的另一边比较远，用over

400 feet above the ground 后置定语 不加介词

是定语后置，省略了that/which.
