They are both the best universities of Asia. HKU provides more opportunities to communicate with the international students, a more free atmosphere, and a whole-person education. In Tsinghua you have a better environment to study and they teach in a more systematic way at the same time, harder. But the professors in HKU stress more on practice. However, if you study in Tsinghua, the human resource would be very useful in the future.
