windows非正常关机后再启动的时候会进行硬盘自检。
上文的意思是：正在检查驱动器C盘，他的文件系统是FAT32.它需要被检查，你可以按ESC取消它，但是系统强烈建议你进行检查，系统现在开始检查硬盘。
