雅思 小作文 开头时态的问题

The two column graphs compare respectively why students of different age groups decide to study and how much support they receive in their employers.
decide要用decided么？还有receive 要用had received么？
一楼说的不理解啊……

题目或下面的图 没有说明是过去的现在的还是未来的吗？

一般都会有说明的吧。。

如果没有，就用一般式。

主句用了compare，后面用一般时态没有错，当然如果换了decided 和 had received（用have比较好）也是对的。
