一．Chapter 3知识点补遗
1. frightened常用于下列结构：1）be frightened of 2） be frightened to do sth
I’m frightened of walking home alone in the park.
I’ll be frightened to look out of the airplane window.
2. These sunglasses cost me ￥300 !You must pay me for them. (P41)
cost“（使）花费”，其主语是“事或物”，句型为sth cost(s) sb time/money “某物花了某人时间、金钱”
【拓展】pay, spend, take 也表示“花费”
sb. pay /spend(s)“花费，付（钱）”，主语必须是“人”; 用take时主语必须是“It”
句型为：sb pay (s) money for sth
sb.spend (s) time/money doing…= it takes sb time/money to do
3. I left the window open because of the smoke from the fire. (P42)
leave “使……处于某种状态（或位置）”；because of “因为”，后面接名词、代词或v-ing；because 后面接从句。
