对申请出国读博没有把握 心里烦 need some advice 3Q~~

本人的情况平平 现在是硕 想申请北美的博 自己不出钱
本科GPA和硕士GPA均刚过80
本科学校前十 硕士前五
美国会议论文一篇
T 105/22 无G
其余干部 活动 获奖 推荐可以忽略
目标大致是加拿大的ECE专业

我想你肯定已经看过《加拿大cs&ece研究生申请分析》这篇文章了，没看过的话建议去百度搜索一下。

你现在唯一可以依仗的优势是论文，所以建议：

1）以你的研究方向为目标，去Ottawa, Waterloo, Toronto, UBC, Alberta, McGill, Queen这几所EE和ECE博士招生院校主页看看，如果有教授在做类似的研究课题，发email联系他；

2）第一次联系导师说些什么？ 记住用EMAIL（永远）：
a.告诉对方你在找研究生职位（一个句子）。
b.简单介绍你的主要工作兴趣和经验（最好只有一个句子）。
c.拍他一句不太肉麻的马屁（其实没有必要）。
d.告诉对方附件的文件格式（例如PDF）并表示有问题你可以寄打印件或其他格式 。
e.你的联系方式 。
f.一定在附件里寄上你的简历，关键的东西要在里面反映，所以要精心准备简历。
