I used to sell cosmetics. Now I'm practicing piano and hoping to run a music shop some day. There's been a relationship between me and a teacher.We broke up finally because of the fightings.I was depressed for a long time with being single. Then I saw this place.So here I am.

差不多，就是“我谈过一次恋爱,谈了三年,对方是老师,后来了解越多争吵越多,最后受不了分开了,再后来对爱情绝望,单身了很长段时间”这段，不好。

I was once in love with ateacher for three years ,and we finally broke up because of more and more arguments..I was depressed after that ,so I have been single for a long time .Recently,I happened to see this friends-making service .Then I'm here.

不要说hoping to, 说hope to.
practicing一般是说练琴, 你要是说学琴的话还是learning比较好.
music shop改成instrument store
第三句有点奇怪, 有点被动. 改成I had a relationship with my teacher.
fightings也不是很顺. 改成we fought a lot就好

所以改好以后是:

I used to sell cosmetics. Now I'm learning to play the piano and I hope to run an instrument store some day.
I had a relationship with my teacher. We broke up because we fought too much. I was depressed for a long time over it. Then I found this place. So here I am.
