Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 year working experience, in airfreight forwarding as preference.
- Good English skills.
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Age at 20-30.

- In charge of AMS data inputting, and make sure compliant data are entered and submitted so avoid destination customs problem;
负责自动舱单系统数据的录入,并确保的相关数据的记录和统计,避免在目的地进港费用上出问题
- Consol assembling & distribution;
货物拼箱的整理和分配
- To mark MC cost & flight information on consol cover sheet;
把边际成本费和运费的信息打到拼箱货物单上去.
- To do data checking for clients' shpts;
检查客户的货物的各项数据
- To send shpt tracking report and Send message to PEN colleagues for partial & delay shpts timely;
当货物被耽搁的时候,及时把货物单号以及追踪报告发给PEN部门的同事
- To input clients' delay code into FGV at same day receiving from CSR team;
从csr部门收手客户耽搁代码后,当天之内把代码输入fgv
- To final-check the files and pass it to Accounting Department timely.
最后确认文件内容,然后及时的交给会计部门.
