我现在有几个问题需要向您请教：
第一，作业中的NPV 是按年还是按半年计算？
第二，Outline Budget Actuals ，这表里的数据应该如何填写？能简单介绍一下吗？是只改变plan表里的某一个数据来计算与预算的差异吗？
第三，我现在对于该项目的员工工资是列为固定性支出还是变动性支出不是很确定。在课上讲到的例子中，把sales admidtrator 的工资列为了固定性支出(fixed expenditure)，但是，在这个案例中的development worker 的工资也列为固定性支出吗？
4.在上课讲的案例中，把travel fees 列为了变动成本（variable cost)，在这个案例中可以把travel fee 也列为固定成本(fixed cost)吗？
