whole：整体,统一体，用来说明某个整体的事物，后面一般是单数名词。例如，楼上举的例子，the whole school，school是一个表达整体的名词。 all用来说明的是所有的个体，例如，all the teachers。

whole the 和 the all不是固定的搭配，只能是出现在句子中的2个单词，本身没有关系。
