一.快餐在中国十分流行，人们，尤其儿童和青少年喜欢吃快餐
二.快餐受欢迎至少有三方面的原因
1.方便，节约时间
2.既可在快餐座里吃，又可以带回家吃
3.店里的环境，既干净又舒服
三。从营养角度讲快餐食品却不尽人意
四。建议：如时间来不及可考虑吃快餐，但以偶尔品尝为宜，孩子要尽量少吃。

Fast food in China is very popular, people, especially children and young people like to eat fast food. Popularity of fast food at least three reasons: 1. Convenient, time-saving 2. Can eat at fast food seat, but also can take home to eat 3. Store environment which is clean and comfortable with fast food from a nutritional point of view, but not best meet people's suggestions: if time could be considered too late to eat fast food, but the occasional taste is appropriate, the child should try to eat less.
