水果沙拉A

材料：小番茄60克，苹果丁65克，加州葡萄30克，新鲜樱桃20克，草莓15克。

配料：酸奶50毫升

制作：将以上水果摆在盘内，淋上酸奶即可。

特点：甜酸可口，红白相映。

水果沙拉B

材料：菠萝50克，苹果50克，猕猴桃50克，香蕉50克，小西红柿8个，樱桃若干。

配料：红葡萄酒1杯，白糖少许。

制作：

1、将菠萝、苹果、猕猴桃、香蕉切成方糖大小的丁，小西红柿1分为4。

2、加入白糖和红葡萄酒拌匀腌1个小时，同时放入冰箱。

3、1个小时从冰箱取出，将樱桃去蒂放入，即可。
