what is the main reason(s) for you to leave your current job?

理念不合不能成为辞职的理由。
因为别人会理解成：你自己的理念跟上不公司节奏。不能理解上级的意图。

老外（特别是欧美），对他们的工作环境，创造的气氛得意，也就是企业文化（enterprise culture)。。。

我认为：你可以选择你离职的真实原因之一（就是搞不定下属，当然话不能说得这么直白）来说，并扯上管理及企业文化。

如： most of my colleagues ignore the dignity of the rules and regulations , ignore the procedure document, so most of time, i can't do my work smoothly,and it makes me boring.

and i want to work in a cheerful atmosphere, even it is hard and tired, but i will happy.

我会对我原来工作表示褒扬 肯定 并且喜欢`
而且表明自己跳到现在的公司是更适合自己的能力
不然老外认为你是一个轻易想跳的人
