关于英航行李超重的问题。

是这样，我11月17号从北京飞伦敦，留学生机票。

手提不说，托运行李是两个箱子，每个规定23公斤。

但是我听说大于23公斤，小于32公斤罚款300RMB。

我要两个箱子都罚款就是600RMB.

我要EMS托运行李20斤都要937RMB。

所以我想问下英航这个“潜规则”可操作性强不强？

别到时候不给我托。

这不是什么潜规则啊。英航官方网站上介绍得很清楚啊：
Weight of each bag:
Each bag over 23kgs (51lbs) and up to and including 32kgs (70lbs) will incur a charge of £30 ($50 for journeys from all US airports) at the airport.
This fee will be converted into the local currency during the check-in process.

另外，你最好确认你的机票确实是学生票，而确确实实可以带2件行李。英航规定，2009年10月以后买的票，每人只能带一件23公斤以下。
不是有学生签证就一定可以带两件。而是机票上写明可以带两件
