well,if you want to study english,I think you should start to learn it right now.because it will help you to learn it easier.as you grow up,or you getting older,it will be hard for you to study english.
and if you are trying to study in english now,better start to remember the english word/vecabulary words first.the most part of learning english is to remember the becabulary word and how to speak english.so try to talking in english with your friend and study english vecabulary words!
I don't know how you feel about learning english,but that is the way how I learn and that's what my english teacher told me so.
